16Ft Chrome Silver Automotive Car Exterior and Interior Molding Trim Universal Bumper Window Door Body Side Decorative Strip Scratch-Proof (1/4 inch (6mm))

I have an RV with a 1" strip of chrome trim that after 7 years has began to let go. Somewhere on an interstate is a piece of trim. I used to buy the brand 'Cow***' but it's just gotten too expensive, and so I tried this. I can't ell any difference, both use 3-M tape to adhere, and this even has a film over the top to keep it perfect on the roll. HINT: start the end of the blue film before positioning the strip or else it's hard to peel it off. I'm sold!

Perfection! I was contemplating ordering the complete molding but decided to measure only the chrome and explore alternative options. It’s straightforward and easy to install. I’ve ordered an extra roll in case the surface fades or corrodes. It looks great and saved me money compared to the complete molding. I used steel wool over the original chrome, wiped it with the pad that arrived with package, and it’s currently holding strong. (1994 Ford F-150 XLT)

Worked great. Used a heat gun to soften it up and make it stick strong. Cut it with a razor for legnth

I purchased this chrome silver trim for my DIY Little Tikes turned VW bus project. Using it as a prop for my baby shower, but my other toddlers will love to ride in it until the baby can be big enough. The trim was easy to apply and both stronger and more malleable than I thought- which was perfect! I was able to go around rounded edges and still finish with a sharp straight line or cut at an angle of my choosing. I'm really happy with how it elevated my little car! Would most definitely buy again for another project! It's very versatile!

I used it as an accent feature ands I love it!!! Works great! I thought I received the wrong color at first but I didn’t. The blue film comes off and it’s perfect.

I HAVE USED THIS TRIM IN THE PAST WITH OK RESULTS, THIS TIME THE ADHESIVE WAS SO THIN AND NOT VERY STICKY(MAYBE AN OLD BATCH?). I TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET TO STICK AND WOULD JUST FALL OFF. WASHED SURFACE, CLEAND WITH WAX REMOVER, CLEANED WITH ALCOHOL WITH NO LUCK, ENDED UO IN THE TRASH. MY LOCAL AUTO PARTS STORE HAD SOME THAT HELD GREAT

I love the trim. It blends in nicely with the original trim on my vehicle. It sticks perfectly well, good quality, very easy to install and can fit on most parts on the vehicle.

This fixed what would have been an expensive oem trim piece.

Not a smooth finish after applied to car. I pulled it tight and straight when applying. I have my doubts it will last time will tell.
