Great little piece of furniture! Unlikely many of its type, I was able to assemble it for one apartment, then disassemble for a move and reassemble with no problems! Sturdy and good looking! Great value for the money, holds several pairs of shoes and coats, has a nice bench to sit! No missing parts.

This thing was so easy to put together !!!! The directions were to a T easy!!!! Comes with all the tools you need to screw it in. It’s really sturdy and good color! Worth the buy!! Plenty of space for shoes or if you want to get the cloth draw inserts, it comes with hooks for sweater or jackets and you can even put stuff on the smaller space up top like hats ! Great buy!

We love this shoe/ coat rack... was easy to assemble & finish is great ..... BUT ..... I had read reviews prior to purchase that the HOOKS were very weak ... can confirm that! After only a week of use the hooks are bending w an average jacket weight. Will find replacement hooks, other than that we love it!

This was THE easiest piece of furniture I've ever put together. I did it by myself in about 30 mins with a glass of wine. This was packaged phenomenally. Nothing was damaged. I always open boxes with a knife or scissors. They actually created a lip of cardboard under the taped portion to ensure you don't scratch the laminate on the boards. Genius! Care was placed into the packaging. They included easy to follow instructions and a parts list. Reminding you to ensure you have all pieces before assembling. Every piece was clearly labeled. The hardware were in red pouches so they were easily visible and wouldn't get lost (unlike other manufacturers who put them in clear bags). The only tool I needed that didn't come with it was a phillips screwdriver. The construction is very sturdy once fully assembled. The metal sides don't seamlessly connect to one another; you can see their off up close. But I don't think it takes anything away from the structure or beauty of this piece. It's big enough to fill the empty space in my foyer, works as expected, and at an extremely reasonable price. I would definitely purchase this again.

Bench has been mostly good, however the coat hooks are terribly weak. We love how it looks and it filled up immediately with shoes and jackets. The coat hooks have not held up at all, even with just one sweatshirt on the top hook, they have bent down far enough to lost the sweatshirt and some of them have even broken off. As for the bottom hook, which should be stronger as it doesn't reach out as far, it has bent way out with a single coat on it. We have not overloaded the hooks, they are just way too weak to hold anything you would actually put on it. I will have to go buy my own coat hooks to replace the ones on the bench.

Looks great. Easy to put together. Well made except the hooks to hang your coats on bend easily.

We’ve had this item for a little over a year, and it’s been perfect for our entryway. We searched forever for something that fit our space, and this piece ended up being exactly what we needed. The eight hooks are great—each person in the family gets their own spot—and the bottom shoe rack keeps everything organized. The bench is super handy for putting on shoes or setting things down. Functional, sturdy, and cute—we love it!

Instructions were very easy to follow, and all hardware was labeled clearly. I assembled this hall tree by myself with two little kids interrupting me here and there- and it still only took about 40 minutes. Looks great in my entry way, and it really has helped keep the kids shoes, coats, and backpacks more organized and easy to access. Highly recommend.

Great coat rack. Lots of room for multiple coats and shoes. The bench is great to sit on while putting on shoes or boots. I also like the small shelf above to keep smaller things. Only negative is the actual hooks. After 6 a few months of colder weather coats which are a bit heavier one hook broke in half. Many others are bent and cracking. I’ve had to replace the hooks with stronger ones.

The rack is fine, good quality and went together well. I read other reviews which stated the hooks were too flimsy, so I ordered others instead (metal) and I'm glad I did. Happy with my purchase, otherwise.
