Everything is good like colour, packaging, delivery time, product quality, durability and i bought it for online classes and it is really so good. Bass is also best and main part is charging it is aldo so good but for more info. I need to use it more

The item we got was defective and not working. It doesn't have 40 hours of playtime and it wasnt charging at all. After troubleshooting it with noise support it didnt work. I returned the product to them, and they gave me the same earbuds which I had returned, apparently it went for a quality check . This time they dont even give me a charging cable and these earbuds dont charge either and definitely no 40 hours of playtime, it barely last for 5-6 hours. The same problem again. Now complaining for the 2nd time. This product is not worth it and even if it is defective the customer service is terrible! And we tried all troubleshooting and even used 3 different adapters like suggested last time. NOTHING, no improvment.

Normal tws, no noise cancellation. Sound is ok ok in this price. I m using one plus tws now and compare to that it's case is small hence pulling off tws from case is little difficult. May b design isse Tws is small in size hence looks good
