Fun and interesting
This is a great insight into the life of Jeremy Clarkson, written by his PA. As an avid Top Gear/Grand Tour fan, I am always interested in Jeremy and his work, so I was very excited to read this book.I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Jeremy and the gang, and their fast paced lifestyle in the public eye, as well as seeing what goes on behind the scenes. I found it all very amusing, adventurous and interesting. Highly recommended!

Interesting but little more than a catalogue of name-dropping
Jeremy Clarkson has always interested me, not least because of my love of cars. This book describes his lifestyle (rather than his motoring escapades), which appears to be non-stop partying. I had no idea that JC was so well known and had so many friends in high places. One assumes that he is also very wealthy. I found the writing style perhaps rather naive. At the end of the day, the book, while interesting, is little more than a catalogue of name-dropping.

Save your money
Pushed on for a few chapters and then added it to the charity shop pile - unreadableRepetitive, vacuous, monotonous and written as though it was from a fans viewpoint that was allowed to peak behind the curtain of wealth and fame at a place where she didn't belong.Save your money and just buy JC's compilations of his media articles when they come out at Christmas.

Disappointing
Sorry to be so negative but I thought this was really poor. It was just pages of name dropping and life hanging on to Clarkson’s shirt tails told in a rather vacuous way.

Well, it’s Jeremy Clarkson!
You either love him or hate him, if you love him you’ll love this.

A fun holiday read on my sunbed
Just finished this book round the pool in Marrakech. It was fun and especially interesting for me as I’m not only fond of Jeremy as a person but I briefly worked with him as a lowly runner/production assistant in 2006 on TG. A time I loved. I always found him polite if a tad intimidating but admire his forthright views. I disagree passionately with his countryside pursuits of fox and pheasant murdering however. This book isn’t a hard read and Phillipa comes across likeable. I never (knowingly) met her but would have liked to. The book seems to imply on a few occasions that JC is a coke head. This surprises and disappoints me but perhaps I’m naive. I do hope Jez hasn’t given Ms Sage a hard time over this and that he’s treating Lisa a bit better.
