It was not sticky, but I didn’t really like it. I like kimchi, but this was not my thing. Their regular is great, but didn’t care for this flavor. It may be worth a try because they have high quality products.

is this (very) salty?

Hi Jack, To me, Eden Kimchi Sauerkraut is not too salty. However, I do like salty foods and I don't have a blood pressure problem. Two tablespoons of this product contains 200 mg of sodium.
