When I say I was dubious , I was very dubious but my god what a difference these have made and I’ve only been taking them 12 days. Suffering from odour for no apparent reason it was getting to the point I was to embarassed for intimacy but these have absolutely changed the game in only 12 days!! Good value for money and nice gummy texture and tasted nice. However it did upset my stomach for the first 2 weeks I took it however that may just be it doing it's job! I haven't noticed an obvious difference yet with my bloating, but will keep taking to see. They are easy to eat and normal size gummy.
