I had a banner that gets set up in front of the church to announce events. However, the heavy winds keeps bringing it down. I broke 3 types of stakes before I bought this screw in metal one. I wish I had purchased it earlier. It is easy to screw into the soil, really holds its place even under heavy stress, and then I can unscrew it when I need to mow the yard.

It worked great just make sure your dog is securely locked. And he is fine in the yard.

I used this to stake out my dog in the front yard. I needed something fairly beefy, because although he’s a small dog, he goes absolutely bananas when somebody walks by on the sidewalk. this stake is heavy duty, no joke. We have hard soil in our yard and it was quite a workout to get it installed. 5 to 10 minutes of solid effort to drive it all the way flush. I really like that the prybar is included to give you a lever while you twist the screw into the ground. I found the best position was kneeling on one knee, putting my upper body‘s weight on it as I turned. Now that it’s in, I’m all set. One minor detail is , the really nice paint job that makes it waterproof wears away when you use the prybar. We’ll see how it works.

Great if you have a high powered dog.

I purchased to ensure my German Shepard is still attached to dog tieout when I blink. Very solid and thick with a solid swivel! Dog might not enjoy it when Amazon truck gets to go by but me and the driver dig it! 😁👍

A definite must have if you just got a puppy or you got a regular sized dog that needs to be taken out and left outside for long periods of time screw it in the ground it goes in the ground very easily everything that The seller side is true about it it's really good product try it

This would probably work great for most dogs. However, our 50lb pit bull pulled it right out of the ground when she started running towards a neighboring dog. The leash she was on was 20 feet long so our dog got a nice running start. I think this would work great for smaller dogs or dogs that don’t have as much power. Seems really durable and it appeared to be in the ground tightly. Not right enough. We have used it since then (both in grass in our yard and dirt) and she hasn’t pulled it out again but she also has not taken off running either.

I made a mistake purchasing this but kept it to give away because I was going to be charged for returning it. However it is very sturdy and will secure a large dog safely. I just needed it for a small dig so really too big.

Bought for my dog who gets a scent in her nose and roams. I am going up north and needed to keep my dog at hands reach. works great leash is not to long but long enough for me. thank you

Very sturdy. Holds my mally and she is a strong dog.

This is perfect, my dog didnt tangle him self and wasnt in anyones way.Abit hard to get into ground with rocks in the ground. A hammer is needed.Overall great!
