Used on my new to me vintage Coach bag that had some moderate signs of use and terrible storage which caused creasing, some depression marks and dry areas. The leather looks nearly new after using this product and has returned to its shiny softness! The depression marks should come out with time, but this conditioner helped at least, to make it soft again. Will more than likely buy again since I have 4 more vintage Coach bags and a vintage dooney to clean. Eeesh. Doesn't use a ton of product so start small and start on the bottom, unseen areas first. (May make the leather color appear darker.) Someone else suggested using makeup cotton rounds and that's what I did. Worked great for getting into those small areas. I also used cotton swabs to dip the conditioner out of the bottle since the bottle was unable to be squeezed. Overall functionality was excellent! The smell is mild and "non-chemically".

Used the kit on 2 of my used large LV bags and two small purses, coated canvas and leather mixed on these 4 bags, it helps to restore the shine of the coated canvas drastically, the leather area show no damage or color fading after clean. One best thing I saw is that it helped a lot on the nearly cracking surface of the coated canvas, previously my bag showing white spot and surface peeling near folds on the side, after conditioner (this is a MUST), white spot marks and surface skin peeling no longer visible to maked eye, the entire canvas area looks shining and no more visible spots, no odor either. A ~20 dollars value product help to restore 1K-2k designer bags to very good condition, well worth it!

My bag was a few years old. The pink leather was looking faded. This cleaner and conditioner made it like new. It's not greasy and doesn't leave the bag overly shiny either. There was on dark streak on the bottom of the bag that I couldn't remove fully.

I recently used this leather purse cleaner on one of my favorite bags, and I’m genuinely impressed. It removed surface dirt and smudges without damaging the leather or altering its color. The cleaner is easy to apply and doesn’t leave a greasy residue, which I really appreciated. I followed up with a leather conditioner, and my purse looked refreshed and well-maintained. What really blew me away was how it restored the leather trims on my Gucci purse. They were badly stained and looked completely ruined, I honestly thought the bag was beyond saving. But after using this product, the leather trims looked significantly better, and the overall appearance of the purse was dramatically improved. Highly recommend for anyone looking to restore or preserve their leather accessories, especially high-end pieces. (I could give this a ten stars if it let me!!)

Just don't. The spray cleaner stripped the clear coat off my Dior lambskin. What was just a dirty spot before is now a wasted purse. The cream conditioner is thick and worked to condition the leather straps but that's not going to make up for the peeling interior lining and the peeling just keeps growing since now it's too late to stop it. There are nearly no instructions provided, no ingredient listing, so I still have no clear idea of what exactly in the spray caused the peeling. It's obviously something harsh. Not suitable for all types of leather. I'm sure other designer bags use this clear coat as well, not just Dior, so beware and test somewhere first (if there's anywhere you feel you'll be fine having ruined). Now contemplating if I should just continue peeling the whole thing. Very upsetting!

As someone who loves luxury purses, this is by far the best Luxury Purse Cleaner & Conditioner that I have ever used! They make it so easy, only two steps, to make your luxury purses clean, conditioned and so shiny! They also provide you with everything you need, including a large, dry pad that’s gentle on your purse! I will definitely be buying this again.

I purchased this for my Louis Vuitton merchandise, n a shoeshine kit for the shoes. N lemme tell you, I just returned the shoeshine kit, bc this stuff is incredible. I used it on my Louis Vuitton purses, briefcase, checkbook case, wallets, key fobs, n 3 pair of shoes. I never intended to use it on my shoes, but after I saw how remarkable everything else turned out, I changed my mind. I really wish I had taken before n after pics, especially of my driving shoes, that's how remarkable this cleaner n conditioner are. Removed all the scuffs, water marks, scratches, etc. Everything looks like it's been cared for properly for years, which cldnt be further from the truth. Anyhow, just a little bit goes a long way, so you really get your money's worth.

The product page doesn't communicate size or capacity of each of the bottles and they are somewhat smaller than I expected (±70-80 ml each). Tried it on 3 leather bags - two came out nice, soft and shiny, third black bag one got some white residue after "cleaning" that looks like a spill of bleach. Luckily it's on any visible parts, but it just made me aware that the risk is always there and I can never be sure if the cleaning process won't ruin the bag.
