Ultimate Flora Adult Ultimate Care Probiotic, 200 Billion, 7 Packets (Package May Vary)

I think this stuff is working. This product got rid of my body order (minimized to so little smell) that I was suffering for 20 years.... it's crazy! I'm not using deodorant now. Not only this made me poo better, I lost belly and cravings for a lot of junk food. I am not craving for sweet food, or fried food. I don't care about it anymore. Also it got rid of my inflamation in my body. Weight on scale didn't change much but my appearance changed a lot. But I had A LOT of unpleasant side effects, I had headache, dizziness, sore throats, runny nose, watery stool, I had to stop and take break for 1-2 days because of too much side effects. I had Plyrori bacteria in stomach and went through 14 day antibiotics treatment twice before and plyrori didn't die. So I gave up 2 years ago. I'm going to check on that later and update the review later to see if probiotics took care of it or not. Right now I am taking 150 billion one (40 strain one) from the same brand. My skin complexion is better and I feel like my stomach got smaller... I get full so easily... can't over eat. It's weird it almost feel like I had gastric bypass surgery because my stomach gets full really quick and I really can't eat dessert.

I had been suffering from severe diarrhea (TMI, I know, sorry...), and severe abdominal pain. I was prescribed a slew of medications. I ended up in the hospital from these terrible bouts where the pain was so unbearable. I would vomit from the pain because it was so bad. I had a colonoscopy, and they didn't find anything significant. I did stool cultures, blood work, biopsies and nobody could figure out what was wrong with me. I changed my diet, and nothing helped. I was not formally diagnosed with IBS, but I would say after no other diagnosis that's probably what I had. I was given 2 boxes of this product and took it everyday for 14 days. I became better and better. Anytime I can afford it, I will order another round just to maintain. I 100% believe this cured me of my IBS, or whatever the heck it was. I suffered for almost an entire year. Also, if you've had to take antibiotics for any reason, it can take up to 9 months for your stomach to re-balance itself. I would recommend this to pretty much anyone. I don't see how this couldn't benefit anyone, even if you aren't experiencing problems. Full disclosure, the taste and smell aren't pleasant, but you get used to it pretty quick. A tip for mixing: start stirring the water and slowly pour the product in as you are stirring. This prevents clumps from forming.

Received in a timely manner. This is pretty easy to take. I am on the last package. Day 7. I've been putting in apple sauce and taking at night. I can't really say if it's any better than the others. I've been pretty regular since I've taken it. I haven't been eating the way I should for a clense and haven't been doing my water. Follow all the rules and maybe it will work. I'm starting on Primal Denfense Raw Probotics tonight and I will see if I can see a difference.

As opposed to a pill, this is a flavorless powder that you mix into drinks or soft foods (NOT hot foods like coffee; this is made up of living organisms that will die in hot foods, rendering the product ineffective). It's essentially the same as your regular drug-store probiotics, but a lot more of them; for comparison, Culturelle capsules contain 10 billion cultures, Ultimate Flora contains 200 billion. It's expensive for a 7 day program, but it works to get you 'back on track' so you can then maintain with regular probiotics. It worked for me; I had C-DIF, took pills & got rid of the C-DIF, but still had a nasty stomachache for months. Culturelle helped, but didn't cure the problem. I took Ultimate Flora and over that 7 days, my stomach gradually settled down. After the program, I kept up the Culturelle and have been fine ever since, going on 2 months. Probiotics are great, but if you need something with more punch to set you strait, this might be the ticket.

Like many other products there are so many choices out there that it can become daunting in trying to decide what brand, strength, and product to buy. And while I'm not "sick" in the sense of dealing with a disease process, I would say that I do have a slightly weaker immune system. Also working in healthcare, daily, doesn't help matters for me. I have been using this product in particular, and this brand, for roughly 2 years with great success. Success = staying healthy and not getting sick as often as co-workers/family. I have used other brands, and while I like the others fine, I like these better. Would heartily recommend these, as I often do to my patients, and find that consistent use is very helpful to my overall health. I use the 200 billion to be on the "better safe, than sorry" side, for weeks/times that I feel I could be coming down with something. Otherwise I supplement with the 80 billion Critical Care for daily use. These are powder packets (not pills) and require you put put them in something to consume them. I personally like to use a yogurt drink (lassi, kefir, yogurt) or almond milk to take these, finding it doesn't bother my stomach -at all- to take in this method. Money well spent, very effective product. **As an aside, I also find this product helps with my rosacea. Not sure what exactly the connection is (other than the gut [H.Pylori] theories out there). But I do notice a marked and rapid (overnight) improvement on my face when I use this!!

following course of antibiotics this got my tummy back to normal in no time, and i think it is very reasonable price for the super strength that it is, pricey yes but worth it.
