We didn't know what we were missing!
My son and I started playing Pokemon go toward the beginning of the year. I just happened to come across a youtube video for an auto catching device. WOW!! I didn't know what we were missing this whole time. This device is awesome!! My son is usually too busy looking for Pokemon and always forgets to spin pokestops. We received in time to use during Pokemon go fest. Using the device we were able to capture 8 shinys a piece during the event. We call it our super cheater. I feel like I want to buy a second one for when we are not together and still want to catch. Would recommend 5/5!!

Best auto catcher so far
I've owned both Gotchas and the connection method is by far the easiest. Once you set it to how you like it all you have to do is just press the PokeBall icon in the game with Bluetooth and the device on and it stays connected for the whole hour before the mandatory disconnect. Also for those that are new to auto catchers the game disconnects auto spin accessories after an hour everytime. So it's normal. Haven't had any issues so far and you get shinies more often too. Connection radius is better too. All you have to do during the work or school day is press the PokeBall icon once every hour and the game plays itself. It's a little pricey, and a little bulky/heavyier than expected for a pocket or belt loop. If you want a near seamless experience with incredible battery life go for this one if you can get past the size. If not, this brand is way higher quality and better quality control than other companies. Highly recommend Megacom products. And in my opinion the best auto catcher so far. If they make the egg half size as more like a keychain, it'd be perfect. Their best product is the 2022 catchmon. It's a lot smaller. When it becomes more available in the states and Amazon, go for that one for your auto catching needs 👍 But for now, if you want the best experience and a mini replica of the Pokemon Go incubator egg, it's perfect for any Pokemon fan.

Best autocatcher yet
I’ve had several different kinds of auto catchers and this one is by far the best

Good auto catcher
Is a good catcher but sometimes the battery connection doesn’t work and have to take the cover off then will power on. Also drains batteries very fast remember to turn off!

Limited by Niantic, but not without its own issues.
Let me start off by comparing this against the Pokeball Plus.Dimensions:Pokeball Plus: h 1.75in x w 1.75in x d 1.75in (h 5cm x w 5cm x d 5cm) SphereDuomon Egg: h 2.5in x w 1.75in x d 1.75in (h 6.3cm x w 5cm x d 5cm) CylindarInputs:Pokeball Plus: 1 Joystick Button combo + 1 top buttonDuomon Egg: 1 Power Switch + 2 MultiFunction Buttons (One for each connected device)Connected Devices:Pokeball Plus: 1 mobile device (+ Switch controller)Duomon Egg: 2 simultaneous mobile devicesBattery:Pokeball Plus: Internal rechargeable battery via USB-CLasts about 1-2 days on a charge depending on usage.Duomon Egg: Removeable AA battery (not included)\Lasts longer than 2-3 days on fresh batteries (Do not know upper limit)Other features:Pokeball Plus: Vibrations, Multicolor LED, Speaker (not applicable for Pokemon Go), wrist strapDuomon Egg: Vibrations, Multicolor LEDs (one for each connected device), Speaker (for notifications), strap and keychain with clipFunctionality:Pokeball Plus: Connects to Pokemon Go. Can auto-spin Pokestops and alert you to nearby Pokemon. Pressing the button when notified can attempt auto-catching of Pokemon. Cannot catch without user input. Can also be used as a controller and single Pokemon storage for Pokemon Let's Go Switch games.Duomon Egg: Connects to Pokemon Go. Can auto-spin Pokestops and auto-catch nearby Pokemon. No user input is needed. Will alert the user (depending on notification settings) to Pokemon they haven't caught before, when they run out of Pokeballs, when they run out of storage space and when the device disconnects. Can be used with two separate devices simultaneously.Functions that are controlled by Niantec and your mobile device (not by the Duomon Egg):Every 1 hour the device must be reconnected.Targeting Pokemon and Pokestops.Polling rate of targeting.Range of targeting.Maximum speed you can be traveling.Catch rate of Pokemon.Number of attempts to catch a Pokemon; (1).Type of Pokeballs used to auto-catch; (red only).Items gained by spinning Pokestops.Personal experience:There are only three reasons to get this device over the Pokeball Plus. The inputless auto-catch function, the ability to use two devices simultaneously, and the battery life. I have noticed no notable difference in how far away Pokemon or Pokestops are when they are triggered. I have noticed no notable difference in how far away from the device you can be. I have noticed no notable difference in successful catches.I have used the Duomon Egg to connect two devices for a period of just under a month. The first device is an iPhone 14 Pro. The second device is a Galaxy Note 8. Both devices use local WiFi when possible, but share an internet connection when WiFi is not available. The only difference I've noticed between the two devices has been that the Duomon Egg seems to drop connection to the iPhone far more often. I rarely encountered a lost connection on the Note, except the mandatory 1hr disconnects. With the iPhone, I experienced disconnects from 5-20 minutes at a time with no rhyme or reason. This is with the Duomon Egg less than 3 ft away from the iPhone, sometimes even less than 6 inches away. This seems to persist through power cycling, changing batteries, and even forgetting the device and re-adding it.But as frustrating as the Duomon Egg's specfic faults are (issues that aren't due to Niantic), it has been an invaluable resource for me, allowing me to continue playing while I'm taking care of other concerns. My suggestions for improvements would be to shrink the size significantly, add a rechargable battery, and fix the connection issues (if possible).

Best auto catcher I’ve used
Though a bit pricy, this auto catcher is head and shoulders above the basic Gotcha. It catches more efficiently, has a wider range for spinning stops, connects with 2 accounts simultaneously, has an audio feature that tells you when it’s disconnected or bag is full, etc, which can be turned off, tells you how many have been caught/spun in the last 24 hours, disconnects less frequently, is easier to reconnect (only have to touch the button on the phone screen vs both devices) and instead of having to find somewhere to plug it up when it’s dead, you just pop in 2 more AAA batteries. I am a huge fan after using it for the last week. If you use an auto catcher frequency, it is worth the price.

Works Great.
Works pretty good just a tad bit finicky but other than that all you need are good batteries and this thing does it's job well, I bought two of these and gave one to a friend so he and his wife could use it together while playing Pokemon Go and so far they have no complaints.

Fantastic egg
I’ve ordered two of these, one for myself and the other for a family member. They are fantastic better then the gotcha’s I have cuz they catch at about the same rate or maybe slightly quicker but it’s the voice notification that make it better. When your bags are full it tells u and also when it disconnects meaning no more guessing. It does two accounts so no need to carry loads of gotcha’s now very happy indeed

Works well
Works really well but apparently I need to learn to speak Japanese to understand what it’s saying 🤔 it’s possible there’s an option to change the language but I haven’t been able to find it. However, it’s not the most important thing and doesn’t affect the use of the item

It doesn’t work, the top button isn’t a button
So I opened it up, put 2 brand new batteries in. Nothing happened, took the batteries out maybe I put them on upside down. Still nothing, it’s basically a dead unit. It doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money
