They do exactly what they're designed to to. I bought them for my center anti-rocker wheels but they are slighy too big in diameter to fit in 48mm wheels. I simply switched them with the non-flanged spacers in the bigger outer wheels. Now I have actual spinning center wheels so I can skate street.

price was right, quality not so much.
one was not moving freely before install so I opened it. Very disappointed by the minimal number of balls and cheap plastic cage. If I was holding up anything other than a hedgehog with these bearings I would be returning them and asking for a refund. Fortunately my hedgehog only weighs 350 grams.Do not use these for adult roller blade wheels or other heavy loads at medium or high speed, might last a while holding up a small child though
