I started using this product on Day 0, and by Day 1 my hands already felt softer, protected, and less sore. It absorbs quickly, isn’t greasy, and gives instant relief 😅. There’s a tiny stinging at first, but it settles quickly. I’ve included photos from Day 0–2 so you can see the improvement over time with consistent use. The bottle and base are a bit bulky, but it pumps well, saves time, and I don’t need a separate barrier cream. Overall, it’s easy to use and works consistently throughout the day, which makes it perfect for daily routines. This product is amazing, I have suffered with psoriasis on my elbows and knees for years, I have tried Bethnovate and other available ointments without any real improvement being enjoyed. The Double Flare Relief Emmolient goes on as a cream which quickly evolves into an oil like film which quickly dries and gives almost immediate relief. My dry patches are almost gone and I am very pleased and impressed!

I suffered facial dermatitis for a year and this has been instrumental in my rehabilitation. My skin is more or less back to normal but requires a regime of applying emollients such as Doublebase. All in al I am very happy with this product which I wholly recommend.

Bought for my wife with psoriasis which flared up a lot post birth. She found it to help sooth her irritations a lot and great as a moisturiser. it also helped with the pain/discomfort she had from her feet which also broke out with psoriasis.

The product meet my requirements. However. There should be opportunity to have a refund when there is an error in any order made. Incase the customer cannot afford the price of double priducts. Otherwise, l"m satisfied 😌 👍 😀.
