Very gentle yet effective. May take some time, but it works for me. I love the taste. Yes, they stick to your teeth a bit, but that does not bother me because they are still easy to swallow. The price is pretty comparable to similar items. I recommend.

This supplement definitely seems to be effective! I was skeptical but they have so many natural ingredients and not too bad of a taste. They are easier for me to take than pills are so that's a plus. On that point they do cost a little more, but in my opinion are worth it. Within about two weeks of taking them I felt more energetic throughout the day!

I only gave it 4 stars for now because I haven't had a blood test. The taste is great.

I’m a real believer in these gummies. I’ve been taking them for 18 months now and they have kept my liver numbers in the normal range. In the spring I had about 6 weeks where I had to stop taking them and my numbers went up but after I got back on them it went back to normal. It should be noted that you have to take them for at least 2 or 3 months to start seeing results, at least that’s how it was for me.

Was diagnosed with a fatty liver about 3 years ago. Started taking these liver cleanse vitamins about two years ago. Last few tests shows normal levels with regards to my liver enzymes.
