Great Cheese
Recently tried out my nearest Amazon Fresh Shop and found it an experience. This was my favourite item. Tastes amazing and has lasted a long time in my fridge. Can definitely recommend. Get the Extra Mature as then you can use less in cooking to still get a rich cheese flavour.

Fabulous
Thi cheese has a wonderful intense nutty flavour with a flaky crumbly texture. It's far better than any cheddars I buy in the supermarket, especially at this price.

Ok but not my favourite
Has a strong flavour but found it a bit on the sharp side for my sandwiches.Had a few 'cheese crystals' in it which I'm not a fan of. Should have expected that with extra mature cheddar.Used the rest for macaroni cheese which was good so would buy again for that or lasagna.
