Q: how to start the watch?

There is a small white tab around the stem. That needs to be removed before the watch can be set. After this tab is removed the watch can be set. Push stem in after setting and you should be ready to go. This small tab saves the battery life until you want to use the watch.

Go by the color code. The description using the “rose gold” did not affect the color choice. I ordered red and got red.
