super sharp
for the price I do not know how long they will last, but they are super sharp and long enough to slice through a slider bun pack, aka Hawaiian Buns.

Happy with it.
For the price I couldn't have asked for more, it not as sturdy as I would like a knife to be but at the same time I don't expect it to be at $10 for two. It's the length I need it be and cuts my bread perfectly.

works for cake leveling
They're kind of dull and don't work on soft cakes but are long enough to work with little plastic cake levelling devices and work pretty well on regular, not sponge or chiffon, cakes

Eehh.
Very flimsy and doesn't hold firm to even slice bread. It's very long but way too thin. I actually should have returned them but I thought I might find something to use them for.
