May not work for everyone with flat feet and knee issues.
Good quality as with all Scholl products. Didn’t work for me though and my pain actually increased so I stoped using it.

Total waste of money. Ordered 8 numbergot 14 number alien size shoe insole. Total waste of money and no refund givenDo not order. It has been manufactured for king Kong shoe size and not for humans thanks why they don't offer refund. Amazon also did not support.

Instant relief for my knees and flat feet!!!
After multiple ACL and knee surgeries, I have arthritis in both my knees so I cannot stand for long periods of time or take extra long walks. I was really looking forward to trying these and am glad that I did! Note that I am 6 feet and weigh 285. They add a much needed cushion to my step - inserted into a pair of New Balance size 14 wide running shoes. No need to trim and fit inside of my shoes perfectly. I have since doubled my walking route as my knees do not hurt as much with these in my shoes and I look forward to getting more of them for other shoes! Over 200k steps and still durable! Subscribe and Save would be a nice option.

Excellent knee pain totally reduced
Excellent in soles I had to be convinced before I wrote this review but they definitely work they have managed to do what knee surgery didn’t I can now go up stairs with out pain so I fully recommend them
