Is the clear door supposed to be snug fitting? When I installed it there is a gap on both sides towards the top and snug on the bottom

Those little gaps are normal anda dont affect how the oven works.

Are the sheets reusable or one time only thing?

There are two types of sheets that came with mine used in the dehydrator, one is similar to a screen with holes (one for each tray) and another that has a smooth surface to keep juice from draining down (as advertised with mine only one sheet came with the dehydrator) both types of sheets are reusable.

is this model $200 more then the same with plastic door just because the door is glass?

My model has a plastic window and it is a problem. Glued it many times. I can’t answer for the seller, but glass would be preferable, based on my experience. I suspect glass would be costlier.
