Is 24 inches the diameter of the ball when inflated or when it is deflated?

The photo included in the description shows that the way they measured the inflated ball is from the top of the ball to the bottom, measured around the surface of the ball. This is deceptive since you would expect the diameter to be 24" unless you looked at the picture. Using the formula to calculate the diameter from a circumference (which would be 48" or all the way around the ball) the diameter would be 15". I believe these should be sold as 15" balls not 24" C = πd. 48 = 3.14 x the diameter. Thus: 48/3.14 is the diameter of the ball: 15.3"

U can easily blow it up by mouth or any ball pump does the job
