1 Inch Ball Mount

Very high quality piece that works perfectly with my other 1" ball mounting accessories. I use this to clamp a tablet to my plane's yoke and it has always been very firmly secured and never worried about it coming loose.

VERY SOLID. Well made clamp. Love its solid metal construction. Internal spring to open the clamp when loosened. Very well put together. I did receive a slightly different version than what is shown in the picture with the ball, so not sure what’s happening there, mine came with a 1” Ball clamp instead of just a 1” ball on the back of it. Was fine for my use case. But not the expected product nonetheless. Otherwise quality of it is 10/10.

I added this handlebar clamp to mount a phone (RAM B 1 inch ball mount) on both my road bike and stationary exercise bike. The aluminum body gives it excellent rigidity, and once tightened, it stays put even on rough pavement. It ties into the same aluminum ball‑and‑socket system I use elsewhere, so I can swap arms and holders between bikes and other mounts. It’s a straightforward piece, but it’s well‑made and dependable.

I had a number of ram mount arms and an X grip phone holder left over from my motorcycle days, and I want to use them to hold the phone inside my car. The majority of phone holders for cars are not sturdy and don’t offer much adjustability in the way of mounting. The remnant system excels in both of those areas so this clamp allowed me to mount my ex grip phone holder in the car without drilling any holes. This part I s a bit on the expensive side, but when you get it, you’ll see that it is high-quality and super strong, and it works perfectly for me. It was worth the money.

I’m using this in a 2025 Kia Telluride - it mounts securely to the side arm of the center console - still easily removable and it does no damage to the vehicle. I’m using a mag-safe phone holder with a matching ball mount. A short 8” charging cable with a right angle connector keeps everything neat and tidy. This is the solution I’ve been looking for and works perfectly.

Great purchase! This feels like a high quality item and is worth the premium price. It fits the bars of many bikes, including the larger bars of a Harley Davidson and the side passenger bars of a BMW R1200RT. It is durable and locks tightly onto the bar. Highly recommend!

Much better then the semi-perminent mount it replaced. Holds better then I imagined it would, rock solid, and future proof for motorcycls of various handlebar sizes. Love it. Will be my go to for any additional accessories.

Works very well for securing action cams and even a smaller rugged tablet to the handlebar of my dual sport motorcycle. Pleasantly surprised because many of the clamps like this don't hold as well. It holds better than the rest of the RAM system I use.

I own a Drift XL Pro camera that I use predominantly as a dash cam when riding my motorcycle. It is affixed by using RAM mounts i.e. a RAM ball fitting attached to the front brake reservoir, a RAM connecting arm and a RAM ball GoPro style attachment attached to the Drift camera holder. It works very well and I keep the RAM parts permanently locked and affixed to the bike. I can then just slip the camera out of its holder when I am off the bike. I very recently had a trip booked to visit Copenhagen, which also included a cycle ride around the city. I wanted to be able to record some footage whilst riding but couldn’t use my usual RAM set-up as the bicycles were only hired for a few hours. I needed something sturdy enough to carry the Drift XL Pro camera but which could be quickly and easily be fitted and removed from the hired bicycle. I didn’t want to pay a fortune for it but I did want it to be of a sturdy construction, especially as I didn’t want to lose or damage my camera. So, after checking reviews and satisfying myself that this item seemed to fit my needs, I bought one. Fast forward a few weeks and I can now say that it performed flawlessly. It did exactly what I wanted it to do and if truth be told, it exceeded my expectations. There was no slippage and it could be attached and removed completely in seconds. I have since used it on my bicycle at home and at present I am very satisfied with its performance and my purchase.

Easy to use, grips very well, use it with a camera screen and holds it up well
