El producto venía en su caja original y empaquetado. Se echa de menos un cierre hermético, pero teniendo en cuenta que hay que amoldarlo no preocupa que el producto haya sido utilizado. Si se siguen las instrucciones, funciona a la perfección, se fija de forma instantánea. Es importante seguir las normas AL PIE DE LA LETRA. El producto en sí es espectacular.
