If you have tried the humane traps without success I can recommend these traps. After discovering we had chocolate loving mice I put a couple of these near skirting boards with a piece of Kit Kat. Worked first time so very happy with result. Instructions are fairly clear but would benefit from a diagram, watch your fingers!

pas possible de savoir quel rongeur était dans mon sous sol, 40 sachets de "mort au rat", cage/piège sans résultat, j'ai mis les 4 pièges le soir et lendemain c'était un rat ! j'ai mis deux cacahuètes dans le pièges qui l'a piéger. fin d'une longue histoire, car nous avons mis un certain temps avant de nous apercevoir que nous avions un invité au sous sol, nous ne l'avons jamais mêmes aperçu, il était pourtant d'une taille plus que raisonnable, bref content de ce résultat express (attention tout de même lors de la manipulation de ces pièges).

Nicely made traps that are powerful and easy to set. Worth putting inside a cardboard box with at least TWO cut-outs for the critters to get in, (but probably not out). Keep the traps on the edge of rooms/sheds/gardens as rodents will rarely cross open spaces. The box has two functions. Firstly you can write with a big red pen "Danger - set Rat Traps", so that no one accidentally puts their hands on them. (You could accidentally leave them dangerously 'set' for years and forget that are there). Secondly, if you do SPLAT a rat, it's inside a disposable box!As a pet rat owner, I feel bad about killing these intelligent animals but once the numbers start to go up things quickly gets out of control. Live 'trap and release' - which can work with smaller rodents - is not really a viable option, as they are very smart and find their way back!

Very happy with this product, it caught the mice just a few hours after setting the trap with the attractant. It is also very easy to set up.
