A nice rod, some concern about the 'seam'.
This Sougayilang 2 Pcs Baitcasting Rod & Spinning Rod is a versatile and attractive rod, particularly at this price point. The versatility comes from the two 'tips'.I'm a little concerned about what appears to be a lack of care at the juncture of the two pieces. The 'seam' leaves an unsightly gap that may suggest lack of attention in other aspects of engineering this rod.The rod is nicely labeled—as is the material on the corresponding Amazon page—with the specs of line and lure that will work best with each of the two tips.

I don't think it is friendly to braided line
First off, this seems like a fantastic concept - one pole with two different tips to swap between a medium and heavy action rod. I'd give it a few stars just for that creative concept. It also came with a case/bag (made out of tent-like material) that I liked. The use of the pole however makes me want to start taking stars away. First, I thought the M and the MH were equally H. I found this pole to be very stiff and not nearly as sensitive as other medium action poles I have. Secondly, although I don't usually use braided line (it came free on a reel I ordered - separate review), I could feel the drag of the braided line rubbing against the stainless steel line guide. I feel like there should be some ceramic insert to reduce the friction of the line on the way through the eyes. Maybe this is just my inexperience with braided line but I'm betting it's not. Finally, like other reviewers, I was not satisfied with how the two pieces or the rod joined. First, it did not feel like a snug connection. Second, I feel like the top half of the rod rotated a little after each cast causing the eyes to be out of alignment. Maybe I'm complicating things but isn't that what we've done with fishing? When I was 10, it did not matter what rod, reel, line or lure I used. Now it's like there is a science to this sport and I don't feel like someone looking for a really good rod will like this one.
