It is a very good product, using this for the last 2 years. Does the job very well and the coustomer service is very good specially MR. Md Aataulla Kalium who is a service specialist, he helped me every at step from the start till it was delivered. He checked if the product was delivered in good condition, and very polite. I mostly don't like to write lots of review, but this is something I think I should write about: This is decent machine and does the job for home use. If you are coffee enthusiast, then I would say it will keep you more of less happy unless you have higher budget then I would say you can look for more pronounced machines in the category. But for the price it comes with I would say it's does the job quite well and one will be able to get the good espresso out of it. Taste of the espresso is majority dependent on 2 factors: 1st Beans quality and 2nd machine quality. It has decent bar pressure of 15 to get the extract from the beans. Overall, this machine feels like it should last for good number of years to come but I can't say much about it as only time will tell and it dependent on the user how someone takes care of the machine as it requires proper cleaning/maintenance each time you use it. And not just this machine every coffee machine requires proper cleaning/maintenance. It's been 5 days I am using this machine regularly to make at-least 3-4 cup of coffee for me and my family members and tried all 3 variants Cappuccino, Latte & Espresso. And I am using Blue Tokai Vienna Roast which is awesome. Few Bad things or I would say area of improvement would be: 1. Tamper provided with the machine is of Plastic that should be metal. I am sure it will not last long so I must invest on the Metal Tamper 2. Nozzle of the Steam/froth is little, small as per my experience, another 1 to ½ inch longer would have been better in my POV. 3. This machine does not have any timer display function or way to adjust ML of output as this would have helped to ensure accurate output of the espresso, so you must manually observe or count seconds to see if you have right quantity of the espresso to ensure good water & coffee ratio 2:1 etc. Summary – This machine is good and will satisfy majority of the users who love to make their coffee experience better. For barista nerds or those who are too much into it, they would not choose this machine. Few accessories you must buy along with this machine in my POV: 1. Good Solid Metal Tamper 2. Coffee Stirrer Needles 3. Dosage Ring/Powder Ring 4. Weighting Scale to ensure right quantity of beans for each espresso

Initially I got a machine and I made coffee 3-4 times; however, from the second day I started seeing water been leaking from the bottom when the machine is Ideal. Also, If I press the coffee making button, the machine would try to drip coffee for few seconds and stop. So I have perform this step 4-5 times to get a coffee, which is already cold. So, I raised a replacement and got a new one and I am using it for couple of months. On the whole, the machine is good if you are lucky to get a working one. The reason for 4starts is because of the bad experience I got in the first machine. Regarding the manual, they tried to explain the process; however, its not that easy to understand unless we find our own method. Below is the step I follow and the machine is making good coffee provided one use the espresso coffee power and not some random filter coffee stuff. Controls: If you are standing in front of the machine, the single button toward your left is the power button, which turn On the machine with single click and if you press and hold then the machine would turn OFF. There are two buttons to the right, in that the button on top is the coffee making button and the second one on the bottom is to increase the heat to the level we want. Procedure: 1. Fill the water in the tank below MAX level. 2. Turn On the machine and wait for the temperature to hit 120 degree C. 3. Once the temperature is hit, attach the coffee power holder to the machine and place the cup under it. Press the coffee making button to make the machine pour hot water and stop it once the temperature in the machine drops to 80 degree C. This step is to heat the coffee holder and the cup. 4. Remove the coffee holder and fill it with coffee power and level it. Then place it back to the machine. 5. By this time, the temperature would have raised back to 120. We can press the first button and make coffee or press the second button to heat the water beyond 120 and then make the coffee. 6. Once the coffee button is pressed, the machine would continuous to pour coffee and we have to stop it once the desired level is reached. 7. If the water is heated two much, then the coffee making button would pour coffee only for few seconds. Nothing to panic, just turn off the coffee making (not power) button and then turn it On to get the coffee again. Cleaning: Once we are done making coffee, remove the coffee power holder and clean it properly. Also press the coffee making button for three seconds and stop it. Then wipe the coffee making area in the machine with a cloth. Issue noticed in my first machine: If there is leakage of water seen from the bottom of the machine, make sure that the tank is properly seated and also it is clean. If the leak is seen even after that go for replacement. I hope this is helpful for the once who made the decision to buy this machine. Cheers.

If you switch it on in the night hopefully you can get to make coffee in the morning. It takes such a long time to reach the espresso mark, the desire to drink coffee just dies. Somehow you are successful in getting the espresso, to reach the froth mark again it takes hell lot of time. Pathetic product and very bad experience. I regret buying this. If there was a zero star option, I would have definitely given it.

Consistent quality coffee!

While I appreciate the build quality of the Agaro coffee maker, the unit I received is non-functional. Despite following the priming instructions in the manual, the machine fails to heat the water to the required temperature, resulting in cold extraction. Since this is a core heating element failure out of the box, I am requesting a replacement rather than a repair to ensure I have a reliable, brand-new unit." And the company replaced it with a new product and I am grateful to the company.

It does not create espresso, it creates americano. Do not use it with fine grind coffee, it will not create anything. It does not have enough pressure to brew espresso from actual espresso grind. It just can create a little bit of fake crema. So if you have a little bit of extra money which i did not have at that time buy delonghi
