After getting this bear komplex hand grips didn’t get anymore blisters, super comfy and really good quality. Had been doing CrossFit since 2024 and this ones were one of the best quality grips at the gym. Highly recommend.

WONDERFUL! Excellent grip!

No chalk required, they feel thick and durable, the size is right as well. The shape of the pad seems a bit odd but they work very well.

These are my go to grips. Washes well and is holding up nicely after more than 6 months of CrossFit.

Great grips

These will protect your palms from wear from bar. I thought I was getting a grip that would help me stay on the pull up bar longer. Maybe it’s my bad for not knowing the terms here. But just a heads up. This will not help you grip bar doing deadlifts of pull ups

I had a training cycle which focused a lot on toes to bar. I used these for the duration of the cycle which was 10 weeks. There was pretty good wear on the center of the grip but that's after about a 100 or so a day for the 10 weeks. They still held up and the tighten wrist strap helps on staying on the bar. I will continue to purchase these when they finally give out

Not my favourite, they were thinner than expected and felt slippery without chalk. In doing muscle ups, they kept folding in my hand and made it difficult to do more than 2 reps.
