My New Gym Essential for Strength and Confidence
Since I started using this lifting belt, my workouts have improved so much. It feels very durable and high-quality, especially being made of leather. It provides amazing lower back support, allowing me to perform squats and deadlifts with much more safety and stability. Hi babes. 5โ1 - 138lb - short torso girly here, my weight fluctuates a lot. I came here to tell you that this is the mf belt Iโve been looking for! Iโve bought so many belts and have returned all of them bc they just didnโt do it for me. This one is 1) easy to put on/take off 2) HELLA freaking cute *itโs more of a pearlescent baby pink rather than a bubble gum pink* 3) has a soft padding on the back inside area. Being that I have a short torso, some belts were uncomfortable, but not this one!! I felt incredibly supported and it helped me push the extra weight on my squats.
