Water 5 Gallon (18.9 L) Refill only (With Exchange of Empty Bottle Only, Other Brand Bottles Not acceptable)

We like the water and and also they are always available and respond so fast.

The product is frequently out of stock, and the delivery process is unclear—you never know who is responsible for handling the return and deposit of the bottles. Nestlé refuses to refund the bottle deposit because the payment was made through Amazon, while Amazon insists it’s Nestlé’s responsibility, leaving customers stuck in the middle with no resolution. Additionally, the quality of the bottles is unacceptable. On multiple occasions, I’ve received bottles with visible scratches and even cracks, causing water to leak. This has happened twice recently, which is extremely frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience both in terms of product and customer service.

Nestle waters tastes better than other brands within same category, cheap for a gallon and usually fast delivery by Amazon.

Was missing the item for online ordering this is great

Their deliver is so unreliable. One time it took 1 week for their delivery to come. Another time their delivery personnel confronted me on why I am asking for delivery. And worst of all, one time their bottle smelled like spit.

If you buy it, it’s gonna be late, once I waited for 5 days, then they cancelled and I never had the refund. You have to keep send them emails and when the gallon finally comes, the water is super hot. Zero quality. Don’t buy this one. Terrible
