This powerful message can work for any kind of healing and recovery that has taken courage and strength. The Phoenix symbolizes strength and renewal. In the legend, when the bird feels the end is near, she builds a nest and sets it on fire. She then rises from the flames and ashes more powerful than before, and a new life is obtained by being reborn.
