TRUE WIRELESS EARPHONE BLUETOOTH WATER RESISTANT

I'm going to give this item only 4 until I use them more than once. They do not have the problem with the streaming as the others I purchased and returned. Though I am having a bit of difficulty getting them to reconnect after paired, used, turned off, now it doesn't reconnect to my Note 8, but does to my LG tablet. I want to use ONE headset instead of multiple ones based upon which device I am using. These seem to work well and feel okay while using my hearing aids, which a lot do not, especially because of the size of the earbud, these seem to be smaller than any other I have used in the past. even my go-to Plantronics earpiece, which I wind up having to use when I buy any other type of headset because they are not comfortable long-term with hearing aids.So today I will try to use them with the Note 8 and see how that goes.What I really like about this product is that it doubles as a charger for the buds, while keeping them in a case, and it has a port to charge another device! so I used one cord to charge the case/earbuds while it charged my tablet overnight. I hate cords!!! Plus, I carry a small purse with just the basics in it and this allows me to have a wireless charger for all my devices in one! (it is about time someone got smart on this one!)

Had these just under a week.The good: portable, magnetic charging and it stays on. Single or double use for music and it's great, fast pairing, great charger/charging time.The bad: Amazon says 4-5 hours music playtome, the manufacturer says 3-4 hrs. Actual is 2.5 hours on 80% volume. When on a call even with volume to the max you can barely hear people on the other line. You will come in Crystal clear but if you're in a car, outside or even doing dishes you will not hear what they are saying. And I've called alot of people on landlines and cellphones. You need total silence and to really listen.

Very very good communications from the seller. Product well packaged if minimalistic. Earbud/powerbank combo looks stylish on first glance, very happy about that. Build quality seems good. Clear instructions on pairing - I paired mine with an iPhone 6s Plus, no issues, took a few seconds all up. Sound quality was pretty good - Bass wasn't fantastic, but I didn't really expect it from wireless/bluetooth combination. It's adequate. Otherwise rest of the sound quality I'm also pretty happy with (music). For use with phone calls, l find I have to talk slightly louder than usual - people were telling I sounded quieter than usual - but again, the actual sound quality was clear and no one had any problems. All in all, very happy with the product, my duaghters both want one now, so definitely recommended. I chose these primarily as they're pretty much the only wireless earbuds with a large base of reviewers for a good cross section of opinions and the rating was way higher than any of the commercial reviewers or user based reviewers.... Didn't like from the word go. Very heavy feel in the ear, sound was okay but when turned all the way up (which wasn't that loud by the way) the left bud vibrated and there was feedback. The right bud didn't seem to want to turn on unless I pressed the button 3-4 times and they cut out horribly with my phone in my pocket 2' away. I had finally had enough on my walk to work when the left bud cut out entirely and didn't come back on for the entire 7 minute walk. (this is all within 2 days of use) I don't want to call these ear buds "junk" b/c they may have been defective but if this is the product everyone receives they're horrible and not worth the cost to ship let alone the retail price.

I loved these when I first got them, and they still can come in handy. But after using them for about 4 months, my phone and iPad are both having trouble connecting to both ear buds at the same time. I’ve done all the steps in the troubleshooting email I received when I first purchased them several times, and I make sure they can only connect to one by turning the Bluetooth off on the other device when I’m using the first. I’ve made sure all my software is up to date and that the earbuds are fully charged, but, even from just a foot or two away, one earbud or the other keeps having jumpy sound before it cuts out entirely.

These earbuds are great!!! The sound is amazing with them and I love losing the cord. They surprising hold a great charge and are quick to recharge. I was surprised to find that the bud case/storage also works as a battery pack for my phone which came in very handy just the other day. I was concerned spending the money on these and in the back of my head thought if they don’t live up I can return them. But now I don’t know what I would do without them!!!

I was going to write a 5-star review until one bud stopped working 3 weeks after purchase. They worked great for 3 weeks - always connected right away, great sound quality, they stay in your ear even during vigorous gym sessions, which is the reason i decided to buy wireless buds in the first place. I am very disappointed! I kinda expect something to work for more than 3 weeks. I bought two of these, actually - a red set for me and a blue set as a gift - so far, the blue set i gifted is still working and hopefully they will continue.

User Friendly!!! Seller sent a detailed emailed to archive as well as set-up instructions in package. I will be buying more as Christmas gifts.
