AWESOME
One of the best investments i have made. I am 75 and found this to be a godsend. I will have to hire someone to do the hilly parts just aint got that extra push. lol But on the flats for me it is great. It is lightweight so easy manuevering, bout like a lawn mower. Only had to replace one string but so simple to replace without turning it off. Love it. definitely recommend this.

I bought heavier line that lasts longer. The machine works just fine. Be sure to run the tank dry before storage.

Fatal flaw?
As someone who grew up landscaping, I’ve used a lot of equipment. I have a YardMax 28 ton log splitter- - SOLID. So tried this to replace an old used Ryobi 4 cycle. Used twice short runs. Started after 4-5 pulls after a light “blowout” on first start. Looks and seems well built. No starting issues. Now, as others have said and I hope not a @fatal flaw. IF you hit briar, or as I did and some low growing bayberry (invasive) - both string lengths went flying off!! Cmon this is built for more than tall grass!? I have changed out the OEM strings, with .155 square (Amazon) versus round or fluted. Seems to work better. Still testing unit this out.

Easy to setup and use and easy to start...
This is one great weed and brush cutting machine, is very easy to setup out of the box, took me about 15 min. and started first pull and was cutting through 4 ft. high weeds in moments and it makes short work of the overgrowth. would recommend this unit to family or friends.. I have owned and used 22" high wheeled trimmers for last 15 -20 yrs and this is best one yet..

Very hard to push due to bad handle design.
Motor works well and the clutch is a nice feature, but it was designed to be easily shipped, not easily used. The handle design is horrible and doesn't give the user enough leverage to keep the front of the mower from digging into the ground. Much more labor intensive to use than other brands and difficult to push over uneven surfaces.

My husband loves this tool and says makes edging very easy, especially in areas that are not easy to get a lawnmower.

Walk behind string trimmer
All the screws fall out when using! Trimmer head stops functioning after 4 or 5 uses.
