how long before having results

I took it a month before I noticed results. I first took 2 in the morning 1 at night for 1yr and a half.. But, noticed I was getting warm through the night . So I switched and take 1 at morning and 2 at night and it has worked great for me.

How do they figure that two, 90 count bottles for $24.29 ($12.14 ea) is better value than a single 90 count bottle at $10.62?

why the price is more when we choose 2 should be less than when buying 2 of them separately

No it does not cause weight changes. It’s useless actually.

Do they make you gain weight?

I've taken them daily for 5 years as the best answer for hot flashes & night sweats since a hysterectomy with no hormone therapy. To my knowledge they have caused no weight gain in this time. i recommend them to everyone because they work & are affordable.
