Awesome air flow
This fan is so much better than I thought it would be. Definitely worth buying imho.

Good fan
Cools down my gaming computer significantly. Did so well I added a second.

Easy to install
Easy to install, keep in mind that it used a more old school connection, no feedback on speed from this unit. Working well, just a slight noticeable hum as it's running but so far the issue I had been having has not surfaced since the install

Works to cool system but is very thick and takes up too much space
This works as an extra cooling device. However, it is very thick and really needs 2 PCIe slots or it's squashed against adjacent cards which can interfere with it's fan. The startech device (from Amazon) works as well an is a single slot width.

They work but they're loud.
The fans have dramatically decreased temp in the system. But they make a ton of noise.

Just keeps chugging along
Moves a good amount of air and doesn't make much noise. I've had this for 6 years and it finally started spinning slow. I took the fan apart and put some silicone oil on the fan shaft and the lil thing spins like new
