We've tried multiple times, but our parakeet simply can't handle this treat. It looks to be a good snack, but the pieces are too large and hard for a little budgie. I have a green cheek & the smaller pieces are great. I sprinkle a little in a food dish & thrown shredded greens over the top to allow her to forage for the treats.
