How does this item come packaged?

Does not come with a bin. Just 2 plastic bags

Does the food have holes in it? I’m looking for something that would be staying outside and our current food is starting to hold water

The food set is designed for indoor use and not intended for use with water. Thank you!-The KidKraft Customer Care Team #14005
