Platform is solid; the casters are small but work okay on low pile carpet
Pic: this stand's caster (left); office chair caster (right)Good: The base is very solid and doesn't flex much. I'm pretty sure it is powder-coated steel.Bad: The casters are small (1.5" diameter; a little over 1" wide) so aren't great on carpet. See pic. They also smell like a factory fire. The casters do roll okay-ish on my low pile carpet. They probably wouldn't roll very good on any plush carpeting. The casters are threaded, so you won't be able to switch them with typical office chair casters, but I'm sure you could find larger ones if you figure out the correct threading.Edit:I ended up returning the cart. My tower went right up to the edges and moved fairly easily when bumped so i wasn't confident it would be safe. I went with an ORICO that has a larger platform and elevated edges along 3 sides. It is made of plastic but seems plenty sturdy.

Does what it needs to do
Bought this to keep my computer off the carpet. It was very easy to put together, and works well. Holds my NZXT H210 build nicely.

Cheap wheels, not long enough
The platform's metal is sturdy enough; however the wheels are very cheap plastic. This product would greatly benefit from sturdier wheels.I have to return this item because it is not long enough for my pc. This stand completely blocks the airflow for the fans at the bottom of my pc.I am using a Lian Li 011 tower which is 18 1/2 inches long. The front and back of the pc has a bar which raises the pc 1.5" off the ground to allow for airflow. This stand does not reach the bars so it just completely blocks the airflow.

Nice Assistance
Overall this item has made things much easier. I primarily use it for my EcoFlo Delta which weighs around 30 - 35 lbs. Makes moving it from A to B and then to C sooooo much easier.

Nice Concept. Broke immediately. Bad welds and Sheet Metal that is far too Thin.
The unit that I was sold broke during the first use. A caster socket broke off at the weld. According to the manufacturer the cart is 'rated' for 60 pounds. The machine that was on it at the time of the failure was perhaps 20 pounds.I did not bother to try and return it. For the price, the work of boxing it up again was not worth my time. And I certainly do not want a replacement from this manufacturer.
