Can this help with 'turkey neck'?

I bought this after listening to Dr Dray, the dermatologist on YouTube, talk about the skin of the neck. It can help along with 2 other things: red light therapy (at home device for me), sun protection. Dr Dray says nothing wil touch sagging, but texture and skin tone can improve. I've gone through on bottle and I've seen improvement but not in sagging.

Neck serum

This product does exactly as it says. After using it for 2 weeks I can see an improvement in my neck. Skin is looking less wrinkly. Would recommend.

It works on me!

I thought it was tasting of money ( I have used on and off for couple months, and haven't felt much improvement)but last weekend my girl friend i haven't seen for a while, complimented that she noticed my neck wrinkles are much less visible and asked me what have I done. I realized that it is because of this cream！ Will buy one for my mom too!
