Nice umbrella. The nylon bag to put sand in not as sturdy as some hooks slide off the tab, and it is only sewn around the hole where you put the pole. That area would be better with a round metal grommet.

There are so many awesome things about this umbrella. The black coating under the umbrella keeps the sun out-I mean totally- and yet it stills has pretty beach colors on the top, so it’s attractive. When in the upright position, there is plenty of shade for 2.5-3 chairs, which is decent coverage. The price point is great. The wind resistance seems to work really well. The sand bag stuff at the bottom really really anchors the umbrella into the sand. (Just make sure the pole is in the sand deep enough. ) It is Lightweight, and easy to assemble and take down. Now for the problems. 1. The carrying bag is small and not great quality, as other reviews have said, but honestly, this is not a big deal to me. 2. I didn’t find this out until trying to use it, but you can’t just close the umbrella and go for a walk etc. When the upper pole is in the bottom pole, it has to remain in the open position, so if you want a break from the beach for some reason, you have to literally disconnect the umbrella portion and lay it on the ground. This is annoying, but not a deal breaker for me. I do worry though, about the integrity of the pole connection with repeated screwing and unscrewing the part that holds the top pole in. 3. Here is the reason I will not purchase another one of these umbrellas. The tilt function is great in theory, but is very poorly made. First off , you have to be hulk to push in the tilt activation button. I couldn’t get it to budge, my husband couldn’t get it to budge. My teenage son was able to come to the rescue and finally press the button down, but come on! Even worse, I hope you like the tilt function, because once you tilt the umbrella, there is no going back. If you try to put it back in the straight up position, it just flops back to tilt- very loosey goosey mechanism that will never again lock in the upright position, no matter what you, or your teenage son- tries to do. Also, when it’s in the tilt position, depending on where the sun is, there is often much less shade provided from the umbrella, so sometimes only one person can get the shady benefit. So, although I really really really loved this umbrella on day one, I am now doomed to have a tilted umbrella for the rest of my beach trip. It’s really a shame, because there are so many other great qualities about this umbrella, you’d think they could make better quality mechanisms to make the umbrella actually functional.

I love this umbrella. We go out to the reservoir near us and take our breakfast to hangout for a bit in the morning. This is year 2 with it and it’s been awesome.

Material fuerte contra óxido. Fácil de usar y armar, buen material, la he usado cuando ha habido aire es resistió muy bien.

Sturdy for 2 seasons of beach wear. No complaints
