I love the size of these and the vinyl pouch is very durable. I stitched a couple of sleeves from old dish towels to put them in before application. I keep a few in the freezer and a couple for the microwave (I have to be very careful to use seconds and not minutes!—I’ve ruined a couple that way. I wish they were just a little less expensive. Easy to use

Great Relief
I love the fact that I can keep the ice pack in the freezer. It is always available to put on my knee when I feel the ache.It has been wonderful to use on my husband's arthritic knees. I have had these ice packs for years and just bought another two.i highly recommend them and the wrap helps tremendously. I can move around whilst I icing whatever hurts.

Great ice packs
I love to have these flexible ice packs on hand; this size is perfect for headaches and/or lower back issues. Outer plastic is very thick so no worry about puncturing too easily
