This stuff is more budget-friendly than their sauces and worthy of everyday carry for those with sensitive stomachs since you can sprinkle it on pretty much anything. They mixed pretty much every low-fodmap spice you can have into one, it makes ingredients-restricted bland food more palatable. It's nice that the mix is not burdened by excessive salt. I especially like the inclusion of orange peel it is a great contrast to the thyme/oregano.

Great seasoning for low FODMAP diet.

This mixture is perfect. I have tried it on a number of foods and it really adds to the flavor. I am new to FODMAP and I used to add onions and garlic to almost every savory dish. Now, I can enjoy savory and not suffer after eating. Thank you so much.Ordering a second bottle, so I don't run out!

Dietary restrictions always suck but at least these seasonings make food more enjoyable. The flavor is nice especially on chicken. A little pricey, but worth it if you miss spices.

I’ve used this a few times. It doesn’t upset my stomach or bother any IBS symptoms. I got it to replace Lawry’s Pepper Blend seasoning that has either been discontinued or is having supply chain issues. It doesn’t really replace it, but it does give me an alternative that works. I wish it didn’t have quite so many ingredients.

I was very disappointed in this product. I had to sprinkle a huge amount of it on my food. Sadly, the only flavor that came through was Pepper. What a waste of money!

Great blend of FODMAP friendly spices. I go through this quickly and use it on just about every savory dish. Thank heaven for Fody Foods!

I would have liked the blend if it weren’t so spicy hot.
