Its indeed different than other brands of wheat flour. Roti made is of brown colour which i m seeing first time . Its bit expensive for middle class families, but on special occasion we should try this wheat. Its tasty , roties are soft for longer time. I really like it .

Made sourdough bread out of it. And though it is supposed to be a hard wheat, the gluten was not much to work with, so it came out fairly dense. But the softness and taste is pleasant I can say that I did enjoy it as I couldn't help myself from eating more of the crust despite making some mistakes during the baking process. The quality seems to be good as far as I make out. The only issue is the price is high to be buying it often. Maybe buy once in a while and incorporate it with the rest of my usual flour.

Jiwa is terrible brand. I also bought a Raagi packet, which was also bad. Two times problem! Amazon was good to refund the Raagi packet but they did not refund this because it was 2 days outside the return window. See photo

Good,,but I ordered khapli wheat Zimmer laundry liquid separately and shampoo bar but i received all products in one packing,i disappointed for this type of packing because I want khapli wheat fresh and tasty,i didn't expect this type of packing from Amazon,i don't like mixing khapli wheat with laundry liquid that's why I ordered separately, zimmer liquid cover also halfly present.

It is slightly coarse which is good as it contains fibre, which you can make paratas with methi and ajwain. Worth it even though the price is high.

High quality wheat flour with a delicate taste different from store bought flour. The bread turned out with a perfect crumb. Highly recommend. I will purchase again.
