I have nice hardwood floors in my home office and needed a replacement mat. My desk is L shaped and struggled to find something that would cover the needed area. I saw this one and took a shot. It came very tightly rolled and it would be helpful to have two people, I didn't but managed. I laid a heavy object on the tongue end, as that was curling overnight and by morning the mat was flat. It came with some stickers to avoid slippage, but I don't need them. The mat stays put, something that the other mat I purchased failed to do and it cost more than this one. Time will tell how it holds up but so far I'm very impressed. For the price I'd highly recommend this product

I just got new LVT flooring and it probably can survive my desk chair but I figure I would get a protector anyway. Its been nice. It really is easy to clean and it lays out flat especially with the help of a hair dryer (warming it loosens the curls, it comes rolled up). The only negative is it "slips" a little on the flooring kinds spinning it counter clockwise. Its not a problem really, but if you are OCD watch out haha.

Overall I like the pad so far. It is substantial/thick enough to provide real protection for my hardwood floor, but thin enough that, if I roll the chair off of it, there is no jarring bump. The wood grain is easily visible through the pad, which adds to its attractiveness, and is large enough to move up and back or side to side without rolling off right away. The tongue fit perfectly under the desk, which you can see in the photo. There are some complaints from others about getting it to lay flat. That was not really an issue for me. I was able to unroll it by myself, lay it on a lightly trafficked part of the floor, then put a heavy chair and a metal coat rack on top. I waited about five hours and by then it lay flat, just as you see in the photo. The top of the pad is textured enough to make a nice non-slip surface for the chair. The underside is smooth and won't damage the floor. If I have any other comments after using it for a week or two I'll write more.

The Kuyal Chair Mat does what it’s supposed to do in terms of protecting hardwood floors from rolling chair damage, and it rolls smoothly without scratching the surface. The size is good, and it lays flat fairly quickly after being unrolled. That said, the mat is thinner than expected, so it can slide around on hardwood if you don’t reposition it occasionally. It also shows wear and scuffs faster than I anticipated. It’s fine for light to moderate use, but if you’re at your desk all day or want something heavier-duty, this might not be the best option. Overall, it’s an okay mat functional, but not outstanding.

As many of the other reviewers said it is somewhat hard to flatten out, but after a couple of days weighted down on the edges, it stayed perfectly flush with the floor and not budged in the several months I've had it. I have it on laminate flooring and I can roll my chair around without it shifting at all, and because it is so thin it's easy to roll the chair off and back on the mat.

So I’m creating my new home office and reading the reviews I was skeptical about buying it. I tried it anyway. There was no smell at all and the mat was literally almost flat when I rolled it out. It really didn’t need to sit out in the sun at all. As you can see it lays flat and is perfect for my laminate floors. It literally came in 3 days ago and I’m all set. Please don’t believe the negative reviews. This is great for the price. It is super flat! #WhoDat!!

I just had a new vinyl floor installed in my home-office. I ordered this product for under my chair. It's not like any other product I've had in the past. It is very thin and wants to curl up at the corners, I also have to reposition it on the floor every couple of days. I followed the instructions and put the smooth side down, but to no avail. I would not recommend this product for purchase.

We have only had this product for a few days, but it seems to be working well for us. The mat looks great on the floor and is relaxing well to fit the floor. Our chairs easily move on it and does not seem to be a tripping hazard. So far, we really like our mat.

I did see some negative reviews about it being difficult to unroll. Yes, it came rolled up and arrived extremely cold due to Canadian winter conditions. But, as suggested in the instructions, I allowed it to come to room temperature, which in my case, was overnight. It unrolled perfectly and there was no need to weigh it down. It looks great and it stops the chair from rolling around. I have no hesitation in recommending it. Great value for money.

Por pandemia he tenido que trabajar desde casa, compré una silla con rueditas y fue lo peor que pude haber hecho, en el lugar donde tengo mi escritorio el piso tiene mosaico con separador (concreto), después de unos meses el rodar la silla por ahí, desgastó la parte del separador. Compré este tapete para solucionar ese problema, va de maravilla, ya que se limpia fácil y se instala fácil. Se recomienda desdoblar en una superficie plana y hacer lo que dice el manual para que no tenga relieves
