I find that unnecessary, though

Please, use the initials CLB-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is my third pot of Clinique Repairwear Uplifting Firming Cream.( I use it with Shiseido makeup). There are two types, I understand. One has also a special protective ingredient in it, for the time when you go out into the sun. I find that unnecessary, though, because most women will use the cream at night, anyway. and during the day the cream will be covered with makeup. I appreciate the consistency of the cream and the ease with which it smoothes on. It disappears into the skin after a while and leaves it less tense. As for the "repair" function of the cream, I cannot make any definite statement. I would have to defer to a supervised trial with a skin specialist. Suffice it to say that it is a pleasant cosmetic which is also a good base during the day for some light powder and/or light pancake makeup. The price is the only negative aspect of the cream -- but it lasts for a considerable time .

Great for Aging Skin!
I had previously used a different night cream by clinique, but this one is the BEST! It's rich and thick. It doesn't feel gloopy or greasy, but rich and creamy. It spreads smoothly and soaks in nicely.

Soothing and rich feeling
I worked for Clinique for 10 years and this is my all time favorite moisturizer. I have dry sensitive skin. This rich moisturizer always feels soothing and rich, but never heavy, even in southern summers!
