To be perfectly honest, I wasn't expecting that relatively cheap Chinese made mass market product could be of such impressive quality, functionality and design. It definitely worth every penny spent on it. My bullet points are: - The description is accurate - The product met and even outperformed my expectations in terms of quality, features, materials and design - The LEDs are bright enough and adjustable to not use additional sources of light at all - LED light has built-in 300 mAh rechargeable battery with micro USB plug and supplied USB cable. The charger itself isn't supplied but it's ok. - The LED light angle can be adjusted not only by vertical axis but horizontal as well - The headset is comfortable and adjustable to fit a broad range of human head sizes - The acrylic lenses are high quality clear and bright - The amount of magnification options is overwhelming, with a supplied set of lenses you will get 31 different combinations of magnifications and focal lengths - The instruction included is complete and accurate - You can still wear your reading glasses with it Verdict: definitely buy

I already have a Donegan Optimiser which is excellent. I was looking for a cheaper 2nd pair. These are good but the headband adjuster does not work well and the headband cushion is a pvc/plastic material so will get a bit hot on the forehead. In terms of magnifying though they do a great job and have a variety of different lenses that is very useful.

Over the last 2years l have done a lot of 5d diamond paintings, but wearing glasses its not easy to see them properly l tried a variety of magnifiers but none helped until l saw this one, after using it l can honestly say this is the best yet, it also comes with 5 removal lens that helps you see more clearly, one good feature is you have two slots for the lenses but you can move them back & forward for better viewing, if like me you have trouble with the diamonds then l would strongly recommend getting a set of these as they are well worth the money & are comfortable to wear as well also leaving you a free hand to work with well done

Reviewing a Headband Magnifying Glass, Rechargeable Head Magnifier Glasses with 2 LED Lights, 3 Detachable Lenses (1.5X-2X-2.5X) I really wanted to like it as it is very compact and portable. It all fits inside a case large like a sunglasses case. You can combine the lenses in many ways. However, I had to return it as it really doesn't work for soldering. Soldering implies working on very small components with about a foot distance - you're not going to bring a soldering iron close to your face. These magnifiers are good for working at close range. Also, the headset is relatively heavy and keep falling. You would need a strap to keep it in place. You can probably get that separately. Forget about wearing it over prescription glasses, the bridge doesn't hold enough. And the combination between glasses and magnifying lenses is extreme. All in all, it's not fit for my purpose.

Excellent illuminated magnifier. I find it very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The choice of magnifying lens is excellent and the light is very functional. Easy to recharge, even if it is in use!!! I use if for very complex knitting when using complex charts and it makes life so much easier. I would completely erecommend.

Excellent for doing things that are small in both parts and instructions. Wish I had purchased this at least a year ago for doing my grandkids construction toys etc

I was worried about the fit due to the stiff plastics but after wearing for a while it was quite comfortable. Lenses are quite good and you do get a useful range.

Bought this headset to make up for failing close up sight. The magnification was great but high magnification I had to get too close to what I was doing to be able to work. The magnification written on the lenses is almost impossible to see as it is printed/embossed out of the clear material the lense is made of. Overall I am very pleased with the product and has been a great benefit for my close up work and magnifying very small screw heads. The light is a bonus.

Ich habe bereits viele Lupenbrillen und Vergrößerungsgläser ausprobiert – dieses Modell ist mit Abstand das beste! Kein unnötiger Schnickschnack wie LED-Lampen oder Batterien, einfach nur funktional und durchdacht. Die Brille lässt sich sehr gut tragen, auch für Brillenträger absolut geeignet. Die Linsen liefern ein klares Bild, und die maximale Vergrößerung von 3,5x reicht für meine Arbeiten als Elektroniker beim Löten von SMD-Bauteilen völlig aus. Einzig das Wechseln der Linsen ist etwas fummelig, aber da ich das selten mache, stört mich das kaum. Ich hätte mir noch eine stärkere Vergrößerung bis 5x gewünscht, aber auch so erfüllt das Produkt voll und ganz seinen Zweck. Wer eine hochwertige, einfache und effektive Lupenbrille sucht, wird hier definitiv fündig!
