I'm a 5'2" 150lb female and the size small fits great! I tried the medium size first and it pressed hard against my cheekbones and became leaky around my nose when I smiled, so I just got the size small in today and it fits perfectly! The clips are hard to work with to adjust the straps, but with a good fit I won't need to adjust them often (if ever, after the initial adjustment). It's also notable that the medium mask smelled fine when I got it, but the small mask has a funky smell (like a rubbery smell?) but hopefully it'll dissipate soon once it airs out a bit. This is especially important for me because I have chemical hypersensitivities. Otherwise, it's very comfortable to wear this mask for hours (I've worn it for 8 hours straight no problem). The valves work great so that it doesn't get too hot/humid and my face doesn't get oily. I did purchase some silicone pads and attached them to the plastic of the head strap when I used the size medium for better comfort with long hours of use, but I might not even need them for the size small since it doesn't need to be as tight to seal well on my face. For other people with chemical sensitivities and/or lung issues who need an effective and easy-to-breath-through filter, I suggest pairing this respirator with the 3M Advanced Particulate Filter 2297 P100's. Of course it depends on what exposures you'll be around, but they have very low resistance and are supposed to help filter out organic fumes. Again, just a suggestion - do your research first. Medium vs Small don't look much different outwardly, but definitely fit differently. The medium is perfect for my 5'11" heavyset husband. The small is perfect for little 5'2" me. Pictures: Inside of the small respirator, medium respirator on (more grey, with my hair pulled back - you can see it pressing on my cheekbones), and small respirator on (more beige, with my hair down - much better fit! I can smile with it keeping a good seal! =D). Pros: Super affordable and good quality Fits great if you get the right size The valves work fantastically!! I currently found myself in a bad situation with a chemical spill at home. I bought a non rebreather on Amazon that should fit “most adults” which is usually a size medium but it didn’t. It was a little too long at my chin and I could feel air rising into my face just standing still but my cheeks fit enough that I could breathe in and it could suction to my face even though my chin was open. I did my research on how to measure your face so you buy the right size. Unfortunately in my case, my measurements fell between a small and a medium. The length of my face is too small for a medium and the width of my face is too big for a small. These type of products are non refundable. I never leave reviews. However, after finding myself in a position where I could help someone elsewhere, I would like to share my facial measurements. Buying a mask like this isn’t measured by height and weight as I’ve seen reviewers give reference to. My facial measurements are from bridge to chin, 4 1/8” and from cheek bone to cheek bone, a little more than 5”. The small fits perfectly. I hope this helps anyone that may fall within between sizes as well. If your chin measurement is smaller than what the size chart recommends for your size then size down. Best of vibes peoples!

I ordered this mask after doing a little research on what mask works best for odors. We've been dog sitting for my in laws so our yard quickly turned into a stinky mine field. I got this mask along with the 3M 6001 model carbon filters. I didn't smell a thing! Not even the smallest whiff of, well, you know. The small size is true to size. I have a small head and the fit of the mask was perfect. No gaps, no spots for air to get in other than through the filters. The straps are secure and fully adjustable.

Fit is great, easy to take on & off quickly. It’s the first face mask I’ve ever been able to use that doesn’t make it difficult to breathe. I’ve been using it for furniture restoration & I can’t smell anything through it!

I am a fairly petite woman and the small size fit me securely and comfortably, preventing the mask from shifting or being released while I moved around and used this during the inside renovation and cleaning of my home. The top strap, which opens up to a double prong design, fit nicely over the shape of my head and the hook release design on the lower head/neck strap, allowed me to take the mask off quickly and easily. It was also easy to breathe in. I used this with 3M's P100 Particulate Filters which work well for preventing inhalation of household chemical fumes like bleach and paint. However, I noticed after about an hour of use, it got a little warm inside the mask and I felt a teeny tiny bit of condensation from all the breathing/exhalation I had been doing.

Purchased this along with some bayonet P100 filters for pandemic purposes, back when N95s couldn't be found anywhere. It seals around the face completely, is super secure, light weight, and (with the P100) outperforms N95 filters. It DOES have an outlet vent, so be aware of that, but I carefully attached some N95 material over that and it's been fine. I live in a rather mask-hostile area, and get a bunch of glares (the thing does look incredibly weird, I'll admit) and occasionally angry folks up in my face, so be aware of that potentiality. I wore it for three weeks straight while traveling recently, and it held up fine. My only complaint is when face oils get on the nose bridge portion, it likes to slip around a lot. Keep some alcohol wipes handy if you have oily skin!

Works like a charm! Doesn't come with filter. I bought this filter and they fit: "Respirator Cartridge/Filter,for 6000, 7000 and FF-400 ，Effective Filtering Organic Vapors, Acid Gases, Ammonia Methylamine, Formaldehyde and Particulates （1 Pair)"

This definitely saved me as being a welder. I came home everyday sneezing, stuffy nose, and feeling like crap. Now with this, I feel so much better after being around a lot of fumes and not able to inhale it.

Tenía mis dudas con esta máscara ya que la necesitaba para hacer procesos antiguos de fotografía, no me decepcionó en el uso así que comencé a probarla en otras cosas desde pintura con aerógrafo hasta fumigación casera y construcción. Es excelente, no deja pasar vapores, olores y polvo, tampoco es incómoda y se ajustó muy bien al rostro sin lastimar puente de la nariz o barbilla.
