Airfree Tulip Filterless Air Purifier for Bacteria, Viruses, Mold and allergens Requires No Filter, Fan, or Humidifier - Small, White

I've been looking for an air purifier for quite some time and there are plenty to choose from. In this case I wanted a room-size purifier; I'll also get one that covers more square footage. This is bedroom size, and we get a lot of dust in that room. Plus the cat likes to sleep there during the day. It was a simple set up, and when they say it's quiet, it's more quiet than I imagined it could be. You can't tell from sound that it's even on. The top has a light that can change colors, and while they say it can be a nightlight, for me it's too bright for that. But it turns off so no problem. My only quibble is that there's only a place on the side you have to tap just right to work that light, no switch, and it's tricky to find and use. I've noticed a decrease in dust accumulating on furniture in the room. So far it's effective and unobtrusive.

Its exactly what I expected, except for the heat that comes from it. It can be set in whatever color you like.

You can not hear the purifier running. The night light does not disturb one's sleep.

I have an older model also that has a larger circumference. I like this slimmer model better because it takes up less surface area. Both are filterless, which is wonderful. I’ve had the older model (same manufacturer) for seven years. I bought it for my living quarters in Afghanistan (dust, dusty, dustier!). I hope this new, slimmer model will hold up to the reputation of its older brother. I’m going to order another one next paycheck to replace the older one, which is cracked. A kid dropped it. It’s still working though! So far I like this company’s air purifiers. They’re tough.

Just got our first AirFree a few days ago for our college student. Arrived poorly packed and inside wrapping was torn, with cardboard cushions ripped/torn. One side of the unit was slightly open which I had to snap back together. Bad first impression and made me wonder if this was a returned unit or refurbished. Skeptical about the quality and reputation of the company before it was even plugged in. We decided to plug it in and have had it “running” since. Is it REALLY running? Only the light is on but there is no air flow coming out of the top (like an illustration on their site indicates). Side note: it is very easy to change the color of light or turn it off altogether with a tap to the little icon on front of machine. (Not well explained in instruction booklet.). Issue: How does this effectively clean the air in the room if there is no air circulation through the machine? How do we know if this is working and then working well? Issue: I’ve contacted the company with questions via email that I found on their main website- the messaging link via Amazon took me to another company altogether having to do with automotive products. And phone number is no longer working. I have yet to hear anything back from the company. I am on the verge on returning this product and going with an air purifier that has better service and filters where you can tell the item is doing the job. I wanted to believe in this company and its technology but this could really be the best scam ever. How would we ever really know???? No noise, size is great. No smell. Customer service seemingly unreachable at this point after a few days. Packaging, poor.

This product is supposed to clean small microorganizms as per the product description. I had my small size room tested and it was extremely high in dander and considerably high in mold, although Airfree had been running there continiously for 2 months. Do not buy this product, you will regret it!

I'm not sure how to measure how well it's working. I will have to figure it out. If anyone has any idea post it with a review. Since it has no filters, one can't check how dirty it gets like macines that do have a filter. I love that it's quiet, but again how do I know it's truly working?

This unit is quiet and 1st night the room smells much cleaner and clear, We just think it real great to the point of getting one for a second bedroom.

It works! Bad smells are gone.

I have had this purifier for many years now and have used it on and off. Have never had problems with it. PROS It looks good, does not require a filter and it’s quiet. CONS The unit gets very hot. I worry about it falling over or something falling on top of it, especially for those with kids or pets. Second, I’m not sure it’s actually cleaning the air? The quality of the air in rooms with my standard filter purifiers seem to have much cleaner air.

i was so hapoy cause of no filter.. i agree with the other comment... expensive night light... I'm returning ut and looking for something that works

Nice slim product! Operates silent as stated in description. Decorative to fit in with any setting. I especially like not having to purchase replacement filters in the future or special cleaning solutions. I am very pleased with this product.
