Hero misjudges heroine Spoilers below
This is one of my favorite tropes plus there was a secret baby. Problem is I hate when heroes aren't celibate while apart. Two years prior henna just walked away from the h because his Dad gave him a fake background check on the heroine. Then he went to confront her and he sees a woman in a red dress having sex in the alley and thinks it was her. Granted the file said she had a record for drugs, prostitution, you name it. And the hero believed it. It was awful. She was treated badly by his staff when she went looking for him and she ended up homeless and starving with a new born baby. She finally finds her birth father and her life is moving forward. But then the H sees her again and is filled with instant lust and there starts a lot of drama. He finds out about the baby and he wants it.her father basically blackmails him into marrying the h and decadent even to 62% yet. More and more drama ensues when he finds out the dossier was fake but he still treats the heroine terrible because of the scene in the alley. The part where she finds out what he thought he saw was heartbreaking. Actually this was a very good story. The epilogue was amazing and it gave me an aah shucks feeling. I almost forgot about how mean he was and what a man whore he was too. Almost . I did give it three stars for the heroine alone. She was strong and I just really liked her. I liked how much the hero loved his daughter too. And eventually the heroine. It was sweet. Just didn't like that it took him two years to figure it out.

Got to read this book
I really enjoyed reading this book...couldn't put it down. Lynne Graham is one of my favorite authors. I really loved the storyline although, she kept us in suspense until almost the end. Jax was very attracted to Lucy but resented the feeling because he thought she was lying to him after he received a bogus investigation report from his father. Also, he thought he saw her in an allyway getting it on with another man.

Not good
Not good. I usually love Lynne Graham but when she cranks out books so fast the story suffers. I was bored with this one. Found myself skimming through most of it because plotline was so similar to many other of her books. Also didn't feel much connection between two main characters until the end of story. Will not read again.

A great end to the series!
I was worried when I read the premise, since I hate plots where the hero thinks the heroine is slutty. But the heroine was awesome, spunky, kind and loyal. She never let him bully her, which I loved, and there was lots of groveling at the end from the hero.

Great Series Ender
A delightful ending to the Brides For Taking series. The last sister, Lucy, is found by her sisters. Lucy, however, is living with her birth father and stepmother. she has a daughter by millionaire playboy, Jax. The sisters are reunited at Lucy and Jax's wedding. Great story and a great series!

you better wake up
Girls, you better wake up. In the story, the sister goes to visit her sister whos married to a sheik Once there she starts wearing long dresses. The author then tries to glamourize this. .....So tolerant. she couldn't even wear her own clothing. I"m sick of this kind of books

Very entertaining
A story full of suspense and intrigue. Enjoyed it very much. The plot and storyline was believable and the characters came to life. Loved the epilogue as it brought closure to the story. A very good read.

Tiring book.
Did not enjoy this at all. Why can't people just come straight and tell what's bothering them. Just be truthful. So much unnecessary angst in this book. It was a stressful read. Recreational reading for me should be relaxing.

Well crafted, but also slightly disappointing final instalment to this series
Not a detailed enough ending to the series. I had read the previous two books in this series of three about three sisters with the same, now deceased, mother (but unknown to each other), all of whom have different fathers. Their mother left each sister the ring given to her by the girl's named father and the first name of their sisters. Each story is the personal quest of each girl to find their father and the named sister. This story is about the last sister named Lucy who is living in Greece with her father and her child from a six week relationship with a rich powerful Greek playboy by the name of Jax, who broke off their relationship with no explanation before Lucy was able to tell him she was pregnant. She was devastated as she had been a virgin when she met him and despite attempts to contact him to let him know she was carrying his child, she had been unable to do so having been rebuffed by his security staff. She is surprised one evening to find the restaurant where she works hosting a dinner meeting for Jax. There are numerous well written twists and turns that follow in this story before the expected happy ever after. I really recommend you read this book, as the story is very well crafted. I would have given it 5 stars, but have only given it 4 as I was really disappointed that there wasn't more made of the story about the reconnection of the three sisters which was the whole point of the series in the first place. I expected this final book to have more interaction between them than it has. Nevertheless, a well crafted book that is a good read on its own.

The perfect green eyed greek who had it all!
Loved this story about jax and Lucy.Met 2 years ago and had a six week fling. It all ended abruptly with jax not wanting anything to do with her and leaves.Jax being a rich boy with with everything, Lucy being a poor waitress. They met and had a great time only for Lucy to realize she is pregnant and can't get hold of Jax.2 years on they meet again, while she is waitressing and he finds out he has a daughter.Their journey begins on unraveling all the lies, mistakes, misunderstanding and what happened at that time.I loved jax, he was described as the perfect sexy man who had it all, and he was well aware of it! Who wouldn't fall for a man like that!I read this in a few hours, could not put it down.

Every once in a while I'll read a Mills & Boon book, but I just find I really can't enjoy reading about weak woman who let the so called alpha male treat then like rubbish and they never find a back bone until 90% through, when they seem to finally wise up to the abuse!!!

Not a fan
I dislike the overbearing, dominant Greek/Italian genre of Mills and Boon books. This is a typical spineless heroine who lets the hero walk all over her and doesn't put up any fight at all. I have no patience with these limp heroines and found myself skipping pages because the story was just so much like many others with these alpha male characters..

Avoid
Melodramatic, unromantic needy angsty drivel. Shocked that the spineless tragic misjudged female character and the super wealthy philandering male main character still sells books. Is this really where women still are today?
