El producto venía en su caja original y empaquetado. Se echa de menos un cierre hermético, pero teniendo en cuenta que hay que amoldarlo no preocupa que el producto haya sido utilizado. Si se siguen las instrucciones, funciona a la perfección, se fija de forma instantánea. Es importante seguir las normas AL PIE DE LA LETRA. El producto en sí es espectacular. He tenido infinidad de bucales para jugar al rugby y ninguno se había adaptado tan bien a mi boca como este. Si buscas un bucal duro sin gastarte un pastón, esto es lo que buscas.
