Great stuff
My nails started growing and strong. Hair stopped falling out and I was getting scared of losing it all until I got this Biotin +. No Joke if your losing alot of hair get this but remember give it a couple weeks.

It is A M A Z I N G.
Fed up with the high cost of salons and the inconsistent work of distracted stylists, I stopped going!! No more appointments for highlights, no more layering or sitting in a chair for hours. Instead, I am going all natural, and it feels good!! With the money I have saved, I am fixing up the yard and garden and making home improvements. Our family has benefited. Ironically, I have received more compliments on my hair in the past few months than I received in 20 years of salon visits. By taking Biotin, and this is the absolute truth (I know because I took before and after photos), my hair has grown down my back and shoulders no less than four or five inches in six months, making the grow out stage (roots and all) much less uncomfortable and obviously a whole lat faster. Every 3 months or so I pop in to see the very talented cutters at Sports Clips just to have the ends cleaned up on the length. Those women are rock star-talented. Who knew? Suggestion: Be sure to Google the best daily intake amount.
