Noisy
A beautiful looking fire. Many choices of flame and lighting. Can play music via Bluetooth from your phone etc. Very easy to install. The biggest complaint is that after a week the sound of the motor has become louder. Even while watching tv I can still hear the irregular sound of the motor running. I would consider returning it but I have not retained the packaging and I feel it would be too difficult to repack.

Faulty
Do not buy!purchased 1 worked lovely for a wk then failed to operate. Brought a second replacement which blow as soon as we plugged it in. Having to now return both with a hefty £60.00 postage which Amazon say they will refund. But not the point! Disappointed Dimplex!
