Not for me
I'll admit, I was definitely drawn in by the marketing for this product. Definition without frizz? Yes, please! But then it arrived. The directions seemed complicated and poorly translated. The ingredients list has a looooong list of unrecognizable chemicals. I'm feeling less warm and fuzzy about my choice here. My hair is naturally wavy and color-treated. I ONLY wear it styled wavy now, so the last thing I want to do is mess up my texture somehow.I decided to do a strand test. I went through all the motions on a *tiny* section of hair on the underside, where no one could see it. To be completely honest, I didn't notice any difference, when all was said and done. Which, on the one hand, that's good, right? Given that I was afraid it might somehow damage my hair, anyway. But on the other hand, I also didn't notice any improvements.I decided to take it with me to my next salon visit and ask my stylist about it. She advised against it, because she would have no way of knowing how it would interact with fresh color. She said a home keratin treatment likely isn't strong enough to cause damage to the hair itself, but that my hair might not react well to it because it's colored every six weeks, so it's always "new" color. I asked her to check out the area I treated since she can see it much closer than I can. But, consistent with my initial assessment, she couldn't really see that it had done anything. After all that, I decided not to proceed further with it. Based on my strand test, my hair would likely would be OK. I'll hang onto it, though. Maybe I'll change my mind and try it on my whole head in the future. Meantime, what I can say is that it didn't appear to do any damage or have any noticeable effect at all on my test section.

Really expensive product that is not for me
I wanted to really like this but when I tried the strand test it left my hair feeling very strange and almost like doll hair. I have very coily hair and was hoping this would keep my hair no frizz but I can’t use it. The instructions are very difficult to read and it’s possible I used it incorrectly but I don’t think so. I would be very careful using this and try the strand test first. Hopefully this will work better for someone else.

Needs better instructions, worked okay
For the price of this product, they really need to write or translate better instructions as they were difficult to figure out. This is kind of like a Brazilian blowout but for curly hair as you leave it in for a long time and then have to blow dry your hair afterward. It says you can also use curlers but I just blow dried it with the cream in. It looked okay after but then after washing my hair I can’t say that I see a huge difference in the amount of waves. Maybe if I added curlers before blow drying it would work better, but it’s hard to say. Of course, I could be using it wrong but I don’t really know.

Made my hair heavy and build up
Disappointed. While my hair is more smooth, it is also very heavy and feels like there is alot of build up..Works, but takes my volume away

I’m on the fence 🥴
The instructions on the bottle were not clear at all, it seems like the writer speaks broken English(not very fluent). The information and instructions on the bottle were very confusing and contradictory. I recommend using gloves and putting some sort of protectant on your neck and on your ears. The helix of my ears, my neck, and my fingertips were burning as if they were VIP guest in hell. I have 4c low porosity hair and I used the full bottle. This product creates a semi-permanent sealant effect on your hair, none of my hair care products work the same because of it. Water and hair products have a hard time penetrating my hair follicles because of it. My hair doesn’t even feel like human hair anymore, but it still looks the same. My hair strands feel a lot thicker because of the sealing effect. This product is for more of an emergency situation for someone who is suffering from severe damage, someone who just wants to protect/prevent further damage. I think with proper instructions and precautions in place this product has the ability to be great.

Good product
Great as a leave in curl define cream. Very little needed. My stars are lowered because the directions for this product is confusing and inaccurate

Not for me
I don't feel the instructions for this are clear enough. I'm quite uncomfortable trying it out as I'm not completely sure how to use it. Once I do figure it out (if ever) I'll update with results.

use every 12 weeks, not a daily treatment, apply then WASH OUT, fragrant, translation issues
Just want to emphasize that this is not a leave in product. Use ONCE, then repeat several weeks later. NOT a daily use item!Basically, WASH & DRY, then apply this product all the way through the hair, leave on for 1-1.5 hours, THEN wash out thoroughly. And DRY again. It demands heat to be used. Not that the directions on the bottle fully explain that. So be sure to read through the product page for clarification. Although the page isnt all that helpful either. Looks like there is some conflicting info on the page too (one spot says 1.5 hours, another spot says 40 minutes).I dont mind silicones for my face, but I usually avoid them in hair products. Only because they can build up and cause further issue or exacerbate what you are trying to address, and makes products work less reliably, etc. This product contains silicones, which will help smooth hair and add shine. But Silicones glom onto hair and are hard to break down. Clarifying treatments are needed to remove them. Since this product is only meant to be used once every 12 weeks, then I see no problem with the silicones included. A single, occasional treatment wont build up and cause issue. It is the frequent, daily use of silicone based hair product that can cause problems. The bottle is ok. Looks nice. Directions and ingredients listed. However, super oddly worded, more of a lost in translation issue. Ie, "extension" does not mean hair extensions, it is referring to applying to full length of hair. Stuff like that. Though most of the wording really just look like words flung at the label. It does not inspire trust. I dont care for this for the lack of clarity.Says good for all hair types. Mine is long, medium porosity, mix of waves and curls.
